01 / For visualizers
Use AI where it serves the task
If the geometry is already approved, start with your own render. It establishes composition, main materials and the scene. An AI stage can help explore an alternative atmosphere, planting or individual details.
Review especially carefully when you need strict compliance with a specification, an exact product colour or consistency across viewpoints. A synthetic image can look convincing while misrepresenting the subject.
02 / For visualizers
Compare variations like an art director
Define your criteria in advance: building silhouette, balance of light, focal point and material legibility. The same prompt can produce different results, so assess against the brief rather than the impact of one unexpected image.
Keep the source and separate versions for client revisions. Change one parameter at a time so it is easier to show which feedback has been addressed and return to the approved version.
03 / For visualizers
Build the presentation around the project
Selected frames can become short video scenes joined through editing. Plan the sequence: overall view, details and atmosphere. Avoid movement that presents unverified sides of the building as accurate geometry.
Use only materials you have permission and the necessary rights to process. Commercial-use conditions also depend on the chosen AI provider, source materials and project requirements.
