Rights and permission
Use only images, plans, audio, voices and other source material you are entitled to upload and process with the selected AI provider. Respect client confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy and rights of likeness. Obtain permission before processing another person’s voice or identifiable image. Do not present synthetic content as proof of a real event.
Prohibited activity
Do not use VizToolsAI for unlawful exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, threats, targeted harassment, fraud, impersonation or unlawful discrimination. Do not upload malware or attempt to obtain another user’s data. Follow the connected provider’s applicable restrictions as well as these rules.
Fair use of paid resources
Do not create accounts to evade trial limits, manipulate coins or prices, automate abusive requests, bypass quotas, replay payment or task requests, or use stolen payment methods. Paid tasks remain subject to available balance, concurrency and safety limits even when a subscription is active. A refused task does not authorize repeated attempts to bypass protection.
Professional review
AI can alter dimensions, materials, structural details, accessibility or context. Review results before client presentations or publication. Visualizations are creative communication, not verified engineering, construction documentation, surveying or regulatory approval. Keep the original design and document the decisions that matter to the project.
Reports and enforcement
Report misuse or a rights concern to support@viztoolsai.com with a description and relevant public or task reference. Do not send another person’s private files without permission. Access may be restricted while a credible security, rights or payment issue is reviewed. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
