The service
VizToolsAI is an online studio for architectural visualization: image generation, selected-area editing, enhancement, video, audio and creative workflows. These terms apply when you create an account or use the service. The service is offered under the VizToolsAI brand. Contact us through the support form linked below.
Your account
Provide an email address you control and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others, share paid access commercially, bypass limits, abuse the service or upload unlawful material. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or payment disputes.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Lava.top processes new payments. Choose from the currencies configured for the selected product; checkout shows the period, currency, applicable taxes and final charge. Paid access and coins activate after verified payment confirmation. The pricing page describes included coins and storage.
Coins and generation
Coins are internal service credits, not currency, investments or a cash balance. Tools share your available balance. The model, resolution, duration, quality and number of results determine the cost displayed before submission. A submitted task reserves coins; successful results are charged and unused reservations are released after the task is finalized. Trial credits are separate from paid credits and subject to the displayed limits. Prices may change for future tasks; review each quote before submitting.
One-time coin packs
A coin pack is a one-time purchase: it does not start a subscription or change your plan. The selected pack shows its coin amount and price before payment. Trial operations remain separate. Subscription and top-up receipts are recorded separately; the interface shows a shared available paid balance.
Renewal and cancellation
A monthly subscription renews automatically at the price shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. Use Account → Billing or the subscription management link in your payment receipt to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Canceling does not by itself refund a payment. Refund requests are handled under the separate Refund policy.
Your content and generated results
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded content. You authorize the processing needed to provide the tools you select, including transfer to the selected AI provider. Upload only material you have permission to process. Generated output may be inaccurate, non-unique or subject to third-party rights; review it before publication. Visualizations are not certified construction drawings, engineering advice or evidence of regulatory compliance.
Availability and responsibility
Features depend on connected providers and may occasionally be unavailable. We do not guarantee a particular creative result or uninterrupted service. Export important work and keep backups. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and help
Updates to these terms are published on this page. Material changes to a paid subscription are communicated before taking effect where required. For account or service questions, use the support form.
